Anticc provides free drone roof surveys across Chatham, the Medway towns and Kent. We fly your roof, show you the footage, and explain what we can see before any quote is discussed. There is no charge and no obligation, and you keep the footage to use however you want, including for insurance claims or for comparing other quotes.
Nobody Can Check a Roof From the Pavement
This is the root of almost every bad experience people have with roofers. You cannot see your own roof, so you cannot check what you are being told about it, and you cannot tell whether the quote in front of you is fair.
That gap is what lets a doorstep caller invent damage that is not there, and it is why honest firms get lumped in with the rest.
So We Show You Instead
The drone goes up and covers the whole roof, including the ridge, the valleys, the flashing, the chimney and the gutters.
We go through the footage with you and point at what we can see, in plain terms, without jargon.
Only after that do we talk about what the job would involve. If the answer is that your roof is fine, we will tell you that and leave you alone.

We fly the roof. It takes very little time and nobody needs to climb on anything.

If work is needed, a written itemised quote follows. If it is not, we say so.
What the Survey Shows
The condition of the tiles or slates, including slipped, cracked and missing ones.
The ridge, hips and valleys.
Flashing and the chimney, which are common leak sources.
Gutters, including blockages and standing water you cannot see from below.
Storm damage, which is useful evidence for an insurance claim.
Areas of a flat roof that are ponding or blistering.
We give you a fixed written price after the survey, not a figure over the phone.

Questions People Ask
Is the drone survey really free?
Yes. No charge and no obligation, and it is not conditional on you booking work with us.
Do I get to see the footage?
Yes, and you keep it. Use it for an insurance claim or to check other quotes. That is the point of it.
Do you need to come inside?
Not for the roof survey itself. If you have a leak showing inside we will want to look at that too so we can match it up with what is on the roof.
Do you need access to my garden?
Usually yes, for take off and landing and to fly a safe pattern around the building. We will discuss it when we book.
What about my neighbours?
We fly to the rules and keep the camera on your property. If anything needs agreeing with a neighbour first we will tell you before the visit.
What if the survey shows nothing wrong?
Then we tell you the roof is fine and you have lost nothing. It happens, and we would rather be the firm that told you the truth.
