The jobs that sit in this category are often the ones nobody wants. Too small to interest a big contractor, too involved for a handyman, and they usually turn up attached to something else, like a roof that cannot be finished until a parapet is rebuilt.

Questions People Ask
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes, particularly where they sit alongside roofing or damp work. If a job is too small to be worth a visit on its own we will say so rather than pricing it high to put you off.
Can you match my brickwork and mortar?
We will get as close as we can, and on older properties the mortar mix matters as much as the brick. Using a hard modern mortar on soft old brick causes damage, so we specify appropriately.
Do you do structural work?
We carry out structural repairs, and where a job needs an engineer or building control involvement we will tell you that up front.
Is it cheaper to do this with my roof work?
Usually, because the access and scaffolding are already there and paid for once. If you have building work in mind, mention it at the roof survey.
What if the job is bigger than I thought?
Then we will tell you before we start, not halfway through. If it is a whole property job, our refurbishment service is the better fit.
