Water Rarely Comes In Where It Shows Up
A stain on a ceiling is where the water finished, not where it started. It can travel along a rafter or a membrane a long way before it drops.
That is why repairs fail. Somebody works on the spot underneath the stain, it looks fixed, and the next heavy rain brings it back.
It is also why some firms would rather quote you for a whole new roof than spend the time finding one failure.
We Find the Source, Then Quote
The drone goes up and we look at the whole roof, not just the area above the damp patch. Tiles, ridge, valleys, flashing, chimney, gutters and downpipes.
We show you the footage and point at what is causing it. If it is one flashing or a handful of tiles, that is what we quote for.
If the roof turns out to be past repairing we will show you why rather than just telling you, and you can decide from there.

Can you just fix the one leak?
Yes, if that is what the roof needs. We would rather do the small job well and be the firm you call next time than talk you into a re-roof you do not need.
Do you charge to come and look?
No. The survey is free and includes the drone flight.
How quickly can you come out?
For a repair we will get to you as soon as we can fit it in, and if water is actively coming in tell us on the phone and we will treat it as an emergency.
Will you match my existing tiles?
We will get as close as possible. On older roofs an exact match is not always available, and we will tell you honestly how it will look before we do it.
What if the repair does not hold?
Repairs carry the same ten year insurance backed guarantee. Tell us in writing within 21 days of noticing anything and we will come and inspect it.
My insurer wants a report. Can you help?
Yes. The drone survey gives you footage and photos of the damage, which is usually what an insurer is looking for.
