Once things are dry we survey the roof properly, including a drone flight, and quote the permanent fix. No pressure to book it on the spot while you are stressed.

Questions People Ask

  • What counts as an emergency?

    Water actively coming into the building, or damage that will let water in with the next rain, such as tiles off after a storm or a ridge that has come loose.

  • What should I do before you arrive?

    Move what you can out of the way, put something down to catch the water, and if a ceiling is bulging with water stay out of that room. Do not go up on the roof yourself.

  • Will you fix it there and then?

    We will make it safe and stop the water there and then. The permanent repair usually needs dry conditions and sometimes scaffolding, so that follows once we can do it properly.

  • Is this covered by my insurance?

    Storm damage often is. We photograph everything we find, which is normally what an insurer needs, and we can carry out the repair work.

  • Do you charge more for emergency call outs?

    We will be straight with you about what the call out involves before we come. Nothing gets added on afterwards that you did not agree to.

  • Do you cover my area?

    Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Rainham, Strood and the surrounding Medway villages, and further into Kent including Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells.
