Do you take on whole house renovations?
Yes, interior and exterior. We will walk the property with you, set out the order of work and give you one written price and a timeline.
Can you do just the exterior, or just the interior?
Yes. A lot of jobs are one or the other. If you only want the outside doing we will tell you honestly whether anything inside needs dealing with first.
Who manages the job?
John. He quotes it, and he stays your point of contact through it, so you are not chasing separate trades.
Do you do kitchens, bathrooms and electrics?
Tell us what is in scope at the survey and we will be straight with you about what we do ourselves and what we bring in, and who is responsible for what.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Often yes, depending on the scope. We will tell you honestly what it will be like to live around before you commit, and which rooms will be out of use.
Is renovation work guaranteed?
Yes. Ten years on workmanship and materials, insurance backed through the Confederation of Roofing Contractors.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes, including refurbishments between tenancies where the timing matters. You get photographs and a written record of the work.
