Nothing about the way we work is complicated. We turn up when we say we will, we show you what we find, and we finish what we start.
The Same Faces, From the First Day to the Last
There are nine of us: Steve, Tom, Finn, Glen, Chris, Mitchel, Curtis, Carl, and John.
You will not get a different crew every morning. The team that starts your job is the team that finishes it, and you will know their names by the end of the week.
John quotes every job personally. If you have a question halfway through, you are not going through a call centre to ask it.
We Show You the Work While We Do It
Most people who call us have already had a bad experience, or have heard enough stories to be careful. So we built the way we work around showing you rather than telling you.
We survey the roof by drone first, and you see the footage before we talk about the job.
The quote is written and itemised, with the scaffolding included and the timber repairs set out up front.
Photographs and video come through while the job runs, so you can follow it from work.
Scaffolding and rubbish are cleared the day we finish.
We Work On Both Ends of The Problem
In an older Medway house it looks the same on the inside either way. A stain on a wall can be a chimney leak, failed flashing, blocked guttering, or damp coming up through the brickwork.
A firm that only does roofs will find a roofing cause. We work on both ends of the problem, so we can tell you which one you have actually got, and then fix it properly rather than treating the symptom.
