What They Called Us About
A failing roof valley on Watts Avenue that had begun to show signs of water ingress.
What We Found
The existing valley lining had deteriorated over time, allowing rainwater to track beneath the surrounding tiles and compromise the roof structure.
What We Did
The tiles along both sides of the valley were carefully removed, the old lining stripped out and the substrate prepared to give a clean, stable base. The valley was reinforced and primed, then a high performance Sikalastic liquid system applied. Being cold applied and fully bonded, it cures to a seamless, flexible finish with no joints or laps, which removes the weak points traditional felt or lead valleys can develop. The surrounding tiles were then carefully reinstated.
How Long it Took
