The paintwork on this terraced property had weathered over time and the owners wanted a brighter, cleaner appearance that would stand out on the street.

What We Found

All the exterior surfaces needed preparing first, including the bay window features, window surrounds and front masonry, since a strong base is what makes the finish last.

What We Did

Surfaces were cleaned and prepared, loose and flaking paint removed, and areas smoothed and filled. High quality exterior masonry paint was applied to the front of the house in a fresh white, with the decorative features such as the window trims and the detailing around the bay finished in a contrasting terracotta to add depth and character. The front wall and railings were refreshed to complete the look.
