Full property refurbishment inside and out, from tired to finished, planned and run in a proper order so the trades are not tripping over each other.

Re-rendering and repairs to solid walls, including the cracked and blown render that lets water into older Medway houses.

Do you take on full house renovations?
Yes. Interior and exterior, from a tired property through to finished. We will walk it with you, set out the order of work and give you a written price and a timeline.
Do you do the roof as part of a renovation?
Yes, and it is usually the right order to work in. Getting the building watertight first means the internal work is not being done under a roof that still needs attention.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. John quotes the job and stays your point of contact through it. You are not chasing separate trades.
Do you send photos on building work too?
Yes. Same as the roofing jobs. Photos and video come through while the work runs.
