We are based on Victoria Road in Chatham and we are across the Medway towns every week.
Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Rainham and Strood, plus Higham, Lordswood, Walderslade, Hempstead, Twydall and Wainscott. We also work further into Kent, including Maidstone, Tonbridge Wells and Sevenoaks, where we have completed projects in recent years.

It is insurance-backed through the Confederation of Roofing Contractors. That means the cover does not rest on Anticc still trading. If we stopped tomorrow, your guarantee would still stand. We can show you the certificate and the backing paperwork before you commit to anything.
It covers faulty workmanship and faulty materials. It does not cover storm and weather damage, general wear, or maintenance, and there are conditions on how quickly a defect needs reporting. We would rather you read the terms before you sign than find out afterwards.
Questions People Ask Before They Book
Do you charge for the survey?
No. The survey is free and it includes a drone flight over the roof. You see the footage before we quote.
Why do roofing quotes vary so much?
Usually scaffolding. It is twelve to eighteen percent of a typical re-roof and it is the line most often left out of the cheaper quote. The second reason is timber. Nobody can see the rafters until the covering is off, so a good quote states a rate for repairs up front rather than leaving it open. Ours does both.
Is my problem the roof or is it damp?
It is often hard to tell from inside, because a chimney leak, failed flashing, blocked guttering and rising damp can all show up as the same stain on the same wall. We work on both, so we diagnose it properly before quoting for anything.
Do you cover my area?
We are across Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Rainham, Strood and the surrounding Medway villages every week, and further into Kent including Maidstone. If you are not sure, ring and ask.
