The existing timber fascia and guttering had become weathered and damaged over time, needing a complete replacement to improve protection and appearance.

What We Found

The old wooden fascia boards, soffits and guttering were carefully removed, taking care to avoid damage to the underlying roof structure, and the exposed areas inspected for rot or underlying issues to ensure a stable base.

What We Did

New UPVC fascia boards and soffits were installed for a clean, modern look with improved durability and minimal maintenance, designed to resist weathering. New high capacity UPVC guttering and downpipes were then fitted for efficient water flow, securely fixed to prevent leaks or sagging, with the gutters and downpipes aligned to maximise efficiency. A thorough quality inspection and clean down completed the work.
