A full roof replacement on a semi detached property. The original roof had reached the end of its lifespan, with many tiles showing weathering, moss growth and significant wear.

What We Found

The original tiles, hip tiles and ridges were stripped back and the deteriorated felt and battens removed, exposing the original rafters. The structure was thoroughly inspected for timber issues and debris cleared from the gutters.

What We Did

A breathable felt was installed across the entire roof and treated timber battens securely fitted. Concrete tiles were installed in an interlocking pattern for a sleek, uniform look, with all ridges and hips completed using a dry ridge system for long lasting ventilation and durability. The chimney stack was repointed and the site tidied with all waste removed. Full scaffolding and all relevant safety measures were used throughout.
