Ongoing problems with the existing roof, including multiple broken and slipped tiles, leaking around the ridge tiles and chimney area, damaged felt and moss buildup.

What We Found

The roof was coming to the end of its lifespan, so repairs would only have been a temporary fix. After inspection we advised the client that a full replacement would be the most cost effective and long lasting solution.

What We Did

The old tiles, ridge tiles, felt and battens were removed and the roof structure inspected and cleaned. New breathable felt was installed for added protection, followed by timber battens across the roof. Brand new concrete roof tiles were supplied and fitted in a smart dark finish, and a new dry ridge system installed as a maintenance free solution, with all finishing touches completed and the site tidied.
