The roof had seen better days, the guttering was outdated and the fascias and soffits needed replacing, so the owner opted for a full overhaul.

What We Found

Stripping back the old roof covering let us inspect the underlying structure and make any repairs needed before rebuilding.

What We Did

A high performance breathable membrane and treated timber battens were installed, then brand new concrete interlocking roof tiles laid, chosen for their strength, weather resistance and low maintenance. The deteriorated timber was replaced with durable white UPVC fascias and soffits that resist cracking, warping and fading, with the soffits providing ventilation to prevent condensation in the roof void. A new black square line UPVC guttering system with matching downpipes was installed to divert rainwater away from the building and help prevent damp and erosion at ground level.
