The owner wanted a long lasting, maintenance free roof that would improve both the appearance of the home and its weather resistance.

What We Found

The original roof was showing signs of age, with weathered tiles and failing mortar on the ridges and verges.

What We Did

The existing tiles and ridge components were safely removed and the underlying structure inspected to confirm it was sound. High quality tiles were installed across the whole roof for a fresh, uniform finish. In place of traditional mortar, a dry verge and dry ridge system was fitted, giving a secure mechanical fixing that prevents water ingress, resists wind uplift and removes the need for future repointing, while leaving the roof edges clean and tidy. A full inspection and cleanup completed the job.
