An ageing flat roof on a residential property where the covering had deteriorated and moisture was getting into the structure below.

What We Found

Stripping back the old covering to the timber framework let us fully inspect the joists and insulation and confirm the structure was sound. Loose debris and damaged sections were removed to leave a clean, stable base.

What We Did

New OSB decking boards were installed to create a solid, level surface, then a high performance torch on felt system applied with all joints heat sealed for a fully waterproof finish. Particular attention went to the roof edges, abutments and detailing to ensure effective water runoff.
