The old roofing materials were stripped back to expose the timber deck, which let us inspect the structure beneath and confirm everything was sound before the new system went on.

The deck was prepared to give a clean, stable base, then a high performance flat roofing membrane installed. The roof was finished with clean edge detailing and secure drainage for efficient water runoff.
