A comprehensive exterior renovation, replacing the fascia, soffits and guttering and then fully painting and decorating the exterior.

What We Found

We inspected the existing fascia, soffits and guttering and evaluated the exterior walls and surfaces needing attention, which identified the areas requiring special care, then discussed materials and colour schemes with the client.

What We Did

The old fascia, soffits and guttering were safely removed and replaced with new high quality materials, installed precisely and integrated with the existing roof structure. The exterior surfaces were then cleaned of dirt, old paint and debris, cracks and damage repaired, and a primer applied for better adhesion. Multiple coats of high quality weather resistant exterior paint followed, with particular attention around windows, doors and trims. A detailed final inspection and full site clean completed the work.
