A complete exterior refresh on a terraced property, improving kerb appeal with a modern paint finish and giving the front bay window roof a long term waterproofing solution.

What We Found

The masonry surfaces needed thorough preparation including cleaning and repairs to cracks and defects, and the existing covering on the bay window roof had to be stripped back and the substrate prepared.

What We Did

A high quality masonry paint was applied in brilliant white, with detail work in a contrasting satin black on the plinth, bay window sill and the decorative mouldings above the door. On the bay roof, an advanced Sikalastic liquid system was applied, a cold applied seamless membrane that moulds to the contours of the bay and gives a completely waterproof finish, finished in a traditional lead grey to complement the new paintwork.
