A roof suffering age related wear with numerous broken tiles. The owner wanted a full replacement to restore weather protection and prevent future leaks.

What We Found

With scaffolding up for safe access, the damaged tiles, worn battens and underlay were stripped away, allowing the structure beneath to be inspected and confirmed sound before moving forward.

What We Did

A high performance breathable membrane was fitted across the entire surface, giving protection against water ingress while letting the roof space breathe, then new treated battens installed as a secure framework. A brand new set of tiles was laid, chosen to suit the property and the surrounding homes, with special attention to the dormer areas, valleys and edges so everything was watertight and neatly finished.
