This project involved the painting and renovation of a residential property in Newington, Kent. Our objective was to revitalize the exterior appearance of the house while ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

The client wanted a fresh coat of paint to enhance the exterior look of the property, a repair and renovation to any damaged areas on the exterior walls and a clean modern finish that would stand out. Taking in these requests, our team set off to renovate this property and return value, functionality and personality to the property.

The process started with an inspection of the property's exteror, to identify areas requiring repair and to discuss colour and finish options with the client. In preparation, the walls were cleaned to remove dirt and old paint. We then began to repair any cracks and damaged areas to ensure a smooth surface for the new paint. We also applied a primer to prepare the walls for the final coat.

We then began the painting. We applied multiple coats of high-quality exterior paint, ensuring even coverage and durable finish, paying special attention to details around windows and trims for a more polished look. For the final touches, the team inspected the work to ensure it met our high standards and the client's expectations. Before finishing up, we cleaned the site to ensure we left it looking refreshed and immaculate.

The property's exterior was transformed with a fresh, modern look. The new paint not only enhanced the visual appeal but also provided a protective layer against the elements. The client was delighted with the crisp, clean finish and the overall improvement in their home's appearance.
