Initially, we conducted a thorough inspection of the existing fascia, soffits, and guttering, as well as evaluated the exterior walls and surfaces in need of painting and decorating. This assessment allowed us to identify any areas requiring special attention. We then discussed material choices, color schemes, and design preferences with the client to ensure their vision would be realised.

Following the assessment, we safely removed the old fascia, soffits, and guttering. These were replaced with new, high-quality materials to ensure improved functionality and aesthetics. The installation process was precise, ensuring that all new components were secure and effectively integrated with the existing roof structure, thereby enhancing the overall durability of the property.

Next, we prepared the exterior surfaces for painting. This involved thoroughly cleaning the walls to remove dirt, old paint, and any debris.
