Anticc Roofing and Building can offer both exterior rendering and interior plastering services throughout Medway and the surrounding area.

Whether for the exterior wall of your home, business premises or perhaps something smaller like a garden wall, we can offer an excellent service given many years of experience carrying out this type of work.

The first step is to understand the right type of render to use, we will visit your property to look at the work required and advise as to what’s needed, so concrete and sand render, lime, or an acrylic, these days while the render is actually a protective layer to the building, it’s also seen as decorative and with a range of colours available to can help you to choose whichever one works for you.

We can look at all types of rendering work whether covering the whole exterior, part of the building or even repairs to existing render.

We are based in Chatham but service further than just the Medway area, so wherever in Kent do feel free to give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Interior Plastering

We also offer services for the interior of your property, we can take on larger scale jobs such as the plastering for new kitchens and bathrooms (in fact any room of the house) to skimming to cover wear and tear, crack and bumps in your walls and ceilings

As with any job we need to see what’s needed so we can properly advise on the materials to use while most will be dry wall plastering, by no means is that the only option, so based on your needs and the finish you are looking for, we will be happy to offer sound information about how to move forward, timescales and costs

We are happy to visit and quote on the work needed when convenient for you, especially if the work is of a commercial nature to reduce any possible disruption to thew working day.

Highly recommend.I'm not one to write reviews but feel I had to for Anticc Roofing. I needed my roof and chimney doing. I had phone up a few companies but was very reluctant to appoint them. My work colleague recommended Anticc Roofing & I'm so pleased she did. From the moment I met John he was very warm and friendly, Carl was too. John explained about his company and the people working for him. I am very happy with the work they have done. They did an excellent job. Pictures of before & after was sent to me. Great service from John and his team completely relaying our roof recently with new breathable membrane, battens, valleys and replacing some tiles. John was friendly, polite and professional throughout, clear in his explanations of everything that needed doing and why. John, Curtis, and everyone else involved were very communitative, giving me clear deadlines on when work could begin, what was happening, how long things might take, and any hiccups along the way.Everyone working onsite were very courtious, even being mindful of our neighbours throughout.The work itself was done to a high standard and I've not had any issues with the work since, even in the recent storms. The team worked flatout to make us watertight when the storms came in.I plan on asking them to come back for additional work in future. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We had our roof valley replaced, felt and battons tiles and leading replaced and the firewalls completely repaired. John and his team took pictures all over our roof so we could see for ourselves the damage. We have had several roofers before to do a couple of jobs and could see they didn't do what they supposed to do. We are thoroughly pleased with their work. Great communication throughout. We used these guys after they knocked to offer a free quote for guttering. Great price & they were able to do the work within a few days. The team came in to replace the rotten old wooden fascias, soffits & guttering on our property & replace them with new UPVC. Whilst up on the roof, they also noticed rotten wooden roof supports. The team then went out of their way & bought the materials needed to replace everything needed to ensure the roof was safe & water tight, front & back. The speed & attention to detail of the work they carried out was impeccable. They constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. The whole job was completed within a day to an extremely high standard, & they even cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Anticc Roofing & Building to anyone needing building work done. We have already had several compliments on the work from neighbours & have passed on Anticc's details + spread the word via social media. Anticc Roofing & Bldg quoted me for new soffits and guttering UPVC ABS and also for repainting the front of my house. We agreed terms and the very next day up went the scaffolding (in less than 2 hrs!).The day after that the team went to work. The speed at which they worked made me dizzy. I kept sneaking a peek at what they were doing (as you do) but I soon relaxed because it was very clear early on that each member of the team knew what they were doing and were proceeding not only at speed but also with attention to detail.Absolutely delighted with the end product.The day after the work was finished a team arrived in the morning to dismantle the scaffolding (this vanished in 45 mins!)I have no hesitation in recommending Anticc. Have already discussed further work on my property which I will commission if I can survive this cost of living crisis!The team who worked on my property were without exception thoroughly professional and polite and masters of their craft.I did not feel like my house was under attack or I was a prisoner in my own home.
